Summary:
Leads a team of engineers,
integrators, and Subject Matter
Experts (SME) to support the
development, certification,
deployment, and sustainment of
Command and Control (C2) Systems.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
include the following. Other
job-related duties may be assigned,

regulations.
Program/Project
planning/management/reporting for
and technical performance to include
system design, system build,
hardware procurement and deployment,
interface development, training
plans, testing plans, parallel runs,
and "go-live" planning.

Qualifications

Education and/or
Experience
Bachelor's degree
(B. S.) in Computer Science,
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
from four-year college or
university. Advanced degree
preferred. Technical domain
experience in C2 and C4 systems,
including system architecture and
the full life cycle of system
engineering. Previous technical
leadership success on large system -
of - system programs is desired.
Experience in Marine Corps Tactical
Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA)
(or other service equivalent) is a
definite plus. Experience in any of
the following programs is another
plus: ForceNet, LandWarNet, UOC, COC,
GCCS-M, MAGTF -C2, CAC2S, M2C2, NECC,
ETCS, ELB, TDN, DTC, DACT, M-DACT,
C2PC, FBCB2, TOC, AFATDS, ASAS,
JSTARS CGS, DCGS
Language Skills
Ability to read,
