General Description:

Oversees many program test activities, evaluates TEMPs, and assists in the development of test plans. Assists in the gathering of prototype system data and helps with the subsequent data reduction and analysis. Keeps program office briefed as to the status of the test efforts.

Work experience requirements:

The candidate will have previous experience running full scale DoD test and evaluation programs. Experience with Navy TACAIR programs is a plus, as well as experience with radar, FLIR, electro optic sensors and weapons. Additional experience with communication systems and state-of-the-art networks would be a plus. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well with others with minimum guidance. Demonstrated leadership and customer interface skills.

Education Requirements: BS in engineering or other technical degree
Security: TS/SBI or TS/SCI
