Time Critical Targeting/Dynamic Targeting (TCT/DT) enables the warfighter to greatly reduce the timeline to find, fix, track, target, engage, and assess (F2T2EA) a Time Sensitive Target (TST).  TST’s are described as a target of such high priority to friendly forces that the Joint Forces Commander (JFC) designates it as requiring immediate response because it poses (or will soon pose) a danger to friendly forces, or it is a highly lucrative, fleeting target of opportunity.
